Privacy-first approach – Campaigns are temporary and linked to specific local initiatives. Once a campaign ends, personal data is removed, while only anonymous, aggregated results are retained.
AI-powered insights – Community feedback is automatically analysed using natural language processing, topic clustering and sentiment analysis, helping decision-makers better understand local perspectives.
